A NEW naturally fermented sriracha sauce with four simple ingredients 

We combined our philosophy of using fresh, locally sourced ingredients with the age-old craft of fermentation to create a NEW flavor in the Sosu lineup. Our white label sriracha sauce is not aged in whiskey barrels, in order to provide a fruitier and less smoky flavor profile. Perfect for those meals that call for spice in a slightly brighter format.  

Different aging process, same satisfying complexity.
