In our quest for the perfect balance between spice, sweet and umami we tested some different approaches to production, including working with different farmers and trying new bottling methods. Along the way we created a limited run of sriracha sauce we have spcially named, “Extra Spicy Test Batch.” It’s a little bit brighter and more piquant, and carries with it more heat than our traditional sauce. While the flavor and sauce experience is different, we thought our dedicated sauce lovers would appreciate its uniqueness.
INGREDIENTS: organic chili peppers, garlic, brown sugar, and sea salt.
