It All Starts with the Fresh, Whole Tomatoes

Our approach to making ketchup is simple. We first start with fresh California tomatoes sourced from local family farms. We hand make the ketchups with about 1 lb of fresh tomatoes which are cooked down for several hours to get that thick, clean saucy texture but without the highly processed gunky paste texture.
